I wondered if a body pillow could help me and how to choose the right one? After three pregnancies, I remember how difficult it was to get into a comfortable position in bed for a good night’s sleep. I was a back sleeper and needed to sleep on my side. In the middle of the night, I would roll back on my back, wake up from this uncomfortable position and would end up tossing and turning all night.
