Remember, nobody likes to enter a race just to lose. Show some spirit. Exert some effort. Joining a marathon is not an easy feat.

Aside from the champion, all those who joined the event and still lose are considered as losers. It might sound too cruel, however, that is the living reality of the marathon. This is a place where you can demonstrate your true strength and worth. This is not a battle intended for weaklings. In some cases, most of its participants undergo a rough urban cow half marathon training.

Remember, to reach the very top, you would be needing to have a well built body. You need to be prepared both in physical and mental aspect. During a marathon, nobody knows what will happen.
